We strive to source as locally as possible — and what we can’t buy locally, we search the country and sometimes the globe, to find the best of the best quality ingredients.

Each week we blind-taste coffees from small specialty roasters & purchase the top scoring cups.

Our milk is from Dakin Dairy Farms in Myakka city, Florida & we use Florida natural cane sugar

Our eggs & pork come from Florida Fresh Family Farms, a cooperative of farms dedicated to quality & sustainability.
Our bacon comes from Miami Smokers, a local favorite in our community.
Our bread is baked fresh each morning at Zak the Baker, and we make our own everything bagels & english muffins in our small-but-mighty kitchen.

Our honey is sourced from our good friends at Miami-based Garden of Ian, who produce some of the finest and most nuanced honey we’ve tasted our pastry program is made in-house, with superior ingredients, like chocolate from Askinosie, a bean-to-bar pioneer chocolatier.
